Many people have asked how they can help. The outpouring of support from friends, family and strangers has been unbelievable.
A common theme of this site and our goal with this disease is to raise awareness of colo-rectal cancer. No one wants to talk about butts in that kind of way, but it is the second leading cancer killer in America. Word needs to get out. There are a number of ways that you can help out. The simpliest is to see your doctor or convince a friend that if a 37 year old vegetarian, marathoner is suseptable to this disease, you are too, get checked out. We are fortunately in a position that this would mean more to us than just about anything right now.
