Well, V-I-C-O-D-I-N. It’s pretty amazing what one little white pill can do for someones mood. Holly has been in a lot of pain from the radiation, so her doctor gave her a couple of these until her skin heals.
We celebrated getting through the first stage of treatments last night with cup cakes from Icing on the Cake. Yummy!!!

This website is great. I celebrated with a cupcake too!! Coconut. Cake to come when Holly can stomach it. I think I’ll do the usual vanilla and put cocnut shavings on top…..ummmm. Thank God for vicadin. We’ll worry about re-hab later. One thing at a time. Let me know what I can do and what the schedule is for surgery/ babysitting etc….at least there’s a break!!!

You’re in my thoughts. Can’t get those cupcakes out of my head. Don’t eat coconut until you’ve been reattached and healed. Illeostomies and colostomies don’t do well with coconut or any other kind of nut. Especially PEANUTS!!
